We know how important it is for your items to arrive when you expect them, so please review the delivery and return information below to help guide you. Orders over R2000.00 qualify for free delivery within South Africa. For orders under R2000.00 a delivery fee of R99 incl vat will be charged. If you live in an outlying area or on a farm there may be an additional fee which will be confirmed with you before your purchase is made.
All orders will be delivered Monday-Friday. Orders will not be delivered on Saturdays, Sundays, or Public Holidays.
Delivery times are between 3 – 5 days but may vary according to area.
Courier service used is Ram. The service areas includes:
Johannesburg, Durban, Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, East London, George and Bloemfontein.
In the event of your parcel requiring a dedicated special trip to deliver the shipment, additional charges may be levied. In this instance, you will be contacted prior to delivery.
Once we send your purchase we will email you a confirmation with the courier details and a tracking number.

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days from the date you received your order.
To refund or exchange simply email us with your order number at sales@megamen.co.za
We will send a courier to collect from you.
Refunds are issued back via EFT into your bank account. Please supply your banking details and branch code on your email to us.
There will be no additional cost for exchanges, returns and refunds.
Should you live in the Durban, Pietermaritzburg or Johannesburg areas you have the option of doing an exchange or refunding your purchase at one of our Mega Men stores in The Pavilion Shopping Centre.
IMPORTANT INFO:
Returns must be received in an unworn | saleable condition with original proof of purchase.
Refunds are processed as soon as we receive your return.
When your return is received and processed, we’ll email you a refund notification.
